Transport and delivery

We sell and deliver in France (the rest of the world on demand). We entrust our framed landscape prints to our shipping partners who ensure door-to door delivery. Express deliveries are available on request. Freight costs depend on destination and are indicated on the page of the print to order.

Orders

All orders to be made through www.stela-design.com under the heading “my account”.

Payment, prices and promotionsPayments are accepted by credit card, in EUROS, carriage paid. Prices indicated on our website www.stela-design.com are inclusive of VAT (when ordering in France). Promotions are subject to availability and time limit. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any promotions at our discretion.

Access your account and account details at any moment and track orders by connecting to your personal access page.

Returns and replacements

Returns must be made no more than seven days from the date that you receive your order and are only acceptable following prior consent and allocation of a returns number. Delivery costs of such returns are at buyers expense, unless a mistake has been made by STELA DESIGN.
